All ingredients in our products are produced by suppliers who live

up to our strict requirements for environmental awareness (eco friendly), animal welfare (cruelty-free), ecology (organic) and vegan (vegan).

Product Packaging

is made of sustainable plastic. You can recycle bottles and jars,

pumps and sprays for new purposes,

when you have used up the content.

All parts can be taken apart and washed.

We do not have unnecessary packaging around the bottles & jars.

As consumers, we throw away the packaging around our new cream or shampoo as soon as the product is used, so they are spared

Product boxes

Why doesn't Sophiabeck have small boxes around the products?

Simple! It's an unnecessary box that only serves the purpose of display and appearance - there is absolutely no sense in cutting down trees and using cardboard for this purpose. NO sustainable brands use product boxes for this reason.

The mailboxes

Our attractive, environmentally friendly post boxes for shipping are made from FSC certified paper in a Danish factory.

We have them in both natural and black.

BUBBLE ENVELOPE

The outer paper layer of the bubble envelope is made of quick grass! Quick grass is a renewable resource that grows very quickly and with its long fibers is very suitable for the production of environmentally friendly paper. 

The grass paper gives a completely unique recycled look - The surface is rough and rustic and you can see small pieces

grass in the paper. The plastic in the eco-bubble envelope is made from partially recycled plastic. The environmentally friendly bubble envelope is from a climate-neutral factory, which means that the factory meets

a wide range of environmental requirements,

in order to be able to use the climate neutral label that is printed on it

the back of the envelope.

The tissue paper

Our shipping boxes are made of recycled paper and tissue paper

of 100% recycled paper. The paper has

a slightly rougher surface on one

side and is slightly porous at the edges,

so it's not quite as pretty

appearance like ordinary tissue paper. Silkekardusen has nice little sparkles of other colors, from the paper that

has been recycled.

Box filled

Wood shavings, fairy hair, box stuffing, gift stuffing... Wood wool is the official name for natural box stuffing that we use at the bottom of the post boxes to protect your products. The wood wool is produced on a Jutland farm and consists exclusively of wood shavings from Danish trees.

The labels

are environmentally friendly and can be recycled together with ordinary paper waste,

and are also FSC certified and are therefore only produced from paper from sustainable forestry.

The post bags

Our black post bags are made of recycled LDPE plastic, which is converted into carbon dioxide and water when it is incinerated in the landfill.

The sustainable plastic comes from a Danish plastic bag factory that uses it

the excess plastic from production, rather than discarding it. Our bag is made from 100% recycled plastic film and there is a

white print on the bag (Danish text) which tells you that we ship environmentally friendly. Produced in a Danish factory and contains none

naturally harmful substances.
